Keikyuuaburatsubomarin Park京急油壺マリンパーク
An aquarium located at Aburatsubo in Miura, Kanagawa Prefecture, with views across Sagami Bay to Enoshima, Mt. Fuji, and the Izu Peninsula. It opened in April 1968 with a large circular tank said at the time to be the best in the East, and was run with the aim of deepening understanding of fish biology and contributing to science education. Because the buildings and facilities had deteriorated significantly and upkeep became difficult, it closed on September 30, 2021.
