The Singapore Oceanarium sits within Resorts World Sentosa on Sentosa Island, Singapore, and first opened as the S.E.A. Aquarium in November 2012. It closed at the end of April 2025 for a major expansion and reopened under its current name on 24 July 2025, growing from 10 exhibit zones to 22. Holding roughly 45 million litres of water and around 100,000 marine creatures across some 800 species, it is anchored by the 18-million-litre Open Ocean tank and ranks among Asia's largest aquariums.
