A marine education facility in Noto, Hosu District, Ishikawa, established by Ishikawa Prefecture and managed under designation by the Ishikawa Prefectural Citizens' Fureai Foundation. Visitors can get to know and learn about the Noto sea through programs such as the Hermit Crab Class, snorkeling experiences, the tide-pool observation trail, and seaweed-salt making.

By car, about 2 hours 30 minutes from the Kanazawa-Morimoto IC (or Kanazawa-Higashi IC) on the Hokuriku Expressway via the Noto Satoyama Kaido and Suzu Road. By air, there are two flights a day between Noto Satoyama Airport and Haneda Airport, then about 45 minutes from the airport by Furusato Taxi. By train and bus, from JR Kanazawa Station take the IR Ishikawa Railway, JR Nanao Line, and Noto Railway to the terminus at Anamizu Station, then a local bus to Tsukumo Bay (30-minute walk) or Ossaka (4-minute walk).
