The nearest station is Wakura-Onsen Station. From Wakura Onsen, cross the Notojima Bridge and you reach the aquarium in about 15 minutes. Buses are also available from in front of Wakura-Onsen Station (fare: adults ¥640, children ¥320, one way). Source
