March–November: adults ¥600, elementary and junior high school students ¥200. December–February: adults ¥400, elementary and junior high school students ¥200. Preschoolers are free.

What are the hours and closing days?

9:00 to 17:00 (entry until 30 minutes before closing). Closed on Tuesdays. There are also temporary closures over the New Year holidays and on facility inspection days.

Standard cars ¥1,000; motorcycles ¥100; buses ¥2,000 (bus parking by reservation).

Can I borrow a wheelchair or stroller?

Two wheelchairs each are available free of charge at the North and South ticket booths, but strollers are not available for loan.

Re-entry is allowed on the day of admission only.

Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs.

Can I bring a packed lunch?

Eating and drinking on the farm is allowed, but feeding the sheep and other animals is prohibited.

Is there a nursing room?

There are nursing rooms and diaper-changing tables on basement level 1 of Makiba Yume Kobo in the South Area, and next to the North ticket booth in the North Area.

Can I pay by credit card?

Credit cards are accepted at some facilities, including the restaurant Kobe Cheese, the barbecue restaurant Sheep Bell, the ticket booths, and the parking lot.
