From JR Kochi Station or Harimayabashi, take a Tosaden Kotsu bus bound for Katsurahama, about 30 minutes. About 30 minutes by car from the Kochi IC on the Kochi Expressway. About 30 minutes by taxi or car from Kochi Ryoma Airport. The aquarium has no dedicated parking; use the municipal Katsurahama Park parking lot. Source
