Records
Born November 26, 1999, at Palic Zoo in Serbia. After stints at zoos in Japan and then Oga Aquarium GAO, she arrived at Hamamatsu Zoo on March 28, 2024. Hamamatsu Zoo's official notice specifies 'Oga Aquarium' as her previous home.
On March 20, 2026, her companion Baffin died, leaving Yuki as the sole polar bear on display at Hamamatsu Zoo. Yuki was put on display from the afternoon of the day of the death.
From Serbia through several zoos and aquariums in Japan to Hamamatsu Zoo, she has been moved repeatedly over the years under breeding plans. Hamamatsu Zoo's official notice announced March 28, 2024, as her scheduled arrival date as preparations to receive her went ahead.
