A resort-style zoo with a Thai atmosphere. Under the concept of "coexistence among animals" and "coexistence between people and animals," it keeps about 70 kinds of animals, including 9 elephants (said to be the most kept anywhere in Japan), as well as capybaras, hippos, llamas, kangaroos, and giraffes. A free shuttle bus (about 10 minutes) connects it with its sister facility, Sayuri World.

About 5 minutes from the Ichihara-Tsurumai Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway (parking ¥1,000 per visit, cash only). By train, take the JR Sobu Line to Goi Station, transfer to the Kominato Railway to Takataki Station, then take the free shuttle bus (reservation required) for about 10 minutes. Highway buses run from Tokyo Station, Yokohama Station, and Haneda Airport to the Ichihara-Tsurumai Bus Terminal; from there, take the free shuttle bus or a taxi to the zoo. Source
