From the transit plaza in front of Nagasaki Station, take a Nagasaki Prefectural Bus bound for Aba / Kasuga Shako-mae and get off at the Himi Koen-mae bus stop. By taxi, about 30 minutes from Nagasaki Station, roughly ¥2,500. If arriving by air, take the limousine bus from Nagasaki Airport to the Nagasaki Station terminal (about 50 minutes), then continue by bus or taxi. Source
