Records

A male finless porpoise belonging to Toba Aquarium. In March 2012 he was loaned to Miyajima Aquarium for cooperative breeding to refresh bloodlines, and his daughter Ichigo (mother Niko) was born there in 2013. He returned from Miyajima to Toba Aquarium on March 16, 2018, and has fathered several calves, including his son Peace, born at Toba in 2022. As of June 2026 he lives with his son Peace in a backup tank in the backyard. Miyajima Aquarium was the first facility in the world to achieve a third-generation finless porpoise birth in captivity, in 1995, and Go's loan was part of that cross-aquarium breeding effort.

Toba Aquarium has kept finless porpoises since 1963 and marked its 60th anniversary in 2023. Go is one of the sires who have supported that long breeding history.
