Born October 13, 2008, at Kamogawa Sea World to mother Rabi and father Oscar. He came to the Port of Nagoya Public Aquarium in 2015, when he measured 4.3 m and weighed 1.3 tons; over the next 10 years he grew to 6.0 m and 3.7 tons, becoming the largest orca kept in Japan.
Earnest and gentle, he applied himself seriously to training and also produced results in research studies on orca cognition. As the only adult male orca in Japan, he was the face of the Port of Nagoya Public Aquarium.
He stopped eating on July 31, 2025, and his condition suddenly worsened on the night of August 2. His death was confirmed at 12:26 a.m. on August 3 in the aquarium's orca medical pool. He was 16. The pathological necropsy found that the direct cause of death was intestinal volvulus.
