- When is the zoo closed?
- The zoo is closed on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. If that Monday is a holiday, the zoo is open and closes the following Tuesday instead. It is also closed over the New Year holidays (December 29–January 1). Source
- Can I borrow a stroller or wheelchair?
- Reservations are not accepted; they are lent out on a first-come, first-served basis on the day (strollers ¥100 each). Source
- Can I bring a packed lunch?
- Yes, you are free to bring one. You may also spread out a picnic sheet as long as it does not block the paths or obstruct other visitors. Source
