Iida Shiritsu Doubutsuen飯田市立動物園

A municipal zoo in Iida, Nagano Prefecture. It traces its origins to animals kept in a downtown park as a symbol of recovery from the Great Iida Fire of 1947, and opened in 1953. It is known for enclosures with habitat-style exhibits for penguins, condors, deer, and others. Admission is free.

The municipal parking lot is free for 2 hours. The Iida City Hall lot is available on weekends and holidays only, and the tour bus lot requires a reservation through the Iida City Tourism Division. Source
