What are the opening hours, and until what time can I enter?
The zoo opens at 9:30, entry is allowed until 16:00, and it closes at 17:00. Source
How much is admission?
General admission is ¥600, junior high students from outside Tokyo pay ¥200, and visitors aged 65 and over pay ¥300. Elementary school students and younger, and junior high students living or attending school in Tokyo, are free. Source

Pets such as dogs and cats are not allowed in the zoo. Assistance dogs are permitted. Source

Is there parking?
The zoo has no public parking lot. The paid parking lots near the main gate get very crowded on weekends and holidays, so public transportation is recommended. Source

There are nursing rooms in four locations: the Watching Center, the main Insectarium building, the rest area at the shop below the koala house, and the free rest area in the Savanna Kitchen. Source
